Pumpkin carving team, Leroy Spooky Scary, made an ‘Adaptive Reuse’ Pumpkin Reduction Mousse that took home the Hannibal Lecter Pathetic Consolation (Honorable Mention)! Every part of our pumpkin was used in a new inventive way in our dish/design. It reflects our firm’s baking culture and obsession with process.
