The penthouse at 140 Jane Street, one of just 14 units in the boutique residential building designed by Leroy Street Studio, recently set records for Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood.

Designed by Leroy Street Studio, this four-story residence embraces New York’s architectural history by featuring terracotta panels and elaborate brickwork, bringing color and texture to life in the neighborhood.
